If you are in need of low income housing in Phenix City, Al., there is an 8 unit apartment complex at 1200 20th Avenue just off of Seale Road that routinely advertises "no credit checks."

The price is right for low income housing because the rental rate is listed as $500 for a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment. One drawback is the low $350 deposit is advertised as being "non-refundable."
Now...because there are only 8 units in the entire apartment complex, they do not frequently have openings. However you might be able to score one if your need for low income housing in Phenix City aligns with a time when they have an available apartment.
