If you are in need of low income housing their lowest weekly rate is $149.  They also routinely offer   Move in Specials.  They also offer low daily rates.

The Arlington Lodge is an extended stay hotel that is not a part of a chain, and they offer the following amenities:

  • Sparkling Pool
  • Daily Coffee & Krispy Kreme

They claim that the area is safe and their units are clean, and they are near restaurants and public transportation.  Nearby restaurants include:

If you are in need of public transportation, there is a MATS bust stop right on property.

According to the address, I believe the Arlington Lodge used to be a LaQuinta Inn. They also go by the name, "Carefree Inn." If everything here is on the up and up, it would make a sweet deal for anyone who needs short term low income housing, especially if you have an eviction on your credit.  They try to brand themselves with a "Home Sweet Home" atmosphere, so I hope it fits the bill...

However.....I am more than a little suspicious of any weekly rental with such cheap rental rates.   If you are going to visit this property be sure to remember the old saying "you get what you pay for," so do not be too disappointed if it isn't as nice as it sounds.  But, you never know, it might turn out to be a bargain

They are located at 5175 Carmichael Road in Montgomery, AL.  You can reach their office by dialing 334-277-1919.  At the current time, the property manager's name is Wendi and she lists her cell phone number as  334-558-8289.

Please leave a comment if you have experience with the Arlington Lodge weekly rentals in Montgomery, Alabama.

As Always,
I wish you the very best of luck in your search for decent low income housing.

Rachelle
